  • We are located in the Northview Mall right across the street from North Central on the East side of the mall. Our shop is 1760 E. 86th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46240. We are right next to Parkside Linen!

  • You can select your own flowers for a bouquet, custom arrangement, etc. We can help you put it together or you are welcome to make your own bouquet and we can wrap it up for you!

    Our flower bar selection varies weekly and seasonally. We typically will have roses, carnations, greens and many more unique seasonal selections available!

    Visit the flower bar during shop hours to customize your own arrangement or bouquet!

  • Yes! We keep our grab and go cooler stocked with premade arrangements that are designers choice in various sizes from $35 - $100 (standard size).

  • Yes! We sell plants and have a curated selection of treasures like cards, candles, gifts and more from small-business owners across the country.

  • Call us at (317) 669-0767 or order online to place an order here. Same-day flower pickup and delivery is available in Indianapolis and Carmel for online orders placed before 10:00 AM.

  • Yes, as long as we haven't started designing it. Call us at (317) 669-0767 at least 24 hours before your delivery or pickup time and we'll update or cancel it for a full refund. Once your flowers are cut and arranged, we can't cancel the order, but we're happy to update the card message or delivery details.

  • Yes! We can do same day orders placed online here before 10AM. Call us at 3176690767 for special requests. 

  • It happens! We'll hold your arrangement until Friday the week of your pickup at 5pm. Just stop by or give us a call. Because fresh flowers are made to order and can't be resold, we aren't able to refund orders that aren't picked up.

  • Fresh flowers are perishable, so we can't accept returns. We do stand behind every stem, though. If something isn't right when your order arrives, send a photo to hello@willowandstarflowers.com within 24 hours and we'll make it right.

  • Yes! Order online here before 10AM. 

    Flower deliveries occur Monday - Friday. Pickup is available during regular business hours, Tuesday - Friday, 12 PM to 5 PM.

  • Flower delivery is available to the following zip codes: 46032, 46033, 46205, 46208, 46220, 46228, 46240, 46250 (only west of Allisonville Road), 46260, 46280 and 46290. 

  • Yes! We can deliver to Indianapolis businesses and offices as long as they fall in our delivery zip codes. For special requests give us a call to see if we can accommodate.  

  • Yes! We can deliver to Indianapolis and Carmel hospitals as long as they are in our delivery zip code. 

  • We deliver Monday–Friday between 12PM and 5PM. Orders placed by 10 AM can go out the same day, and you're welcome to schedule a delivery date ahead of time.

    We can't promise an exact time, but if your delivery is for a specific moment, like an event, a surprise or business hours, add a note at checkout and we'll do our best to get the timing right.

We deliver to other parts of the Indianapolis area for special requests, special events, and on a case by case basis, depending on distance.   • Willow and Star started in 2019 as a summer pop-up flower market. It was founded by Allyson Wells, a Carmel High School English teacher who has been growing flowers since she planted her first garden at age seven. That little pop-up grew into our shop in Nora, but the heart of it hasn't changed. Our five-person design team works closely with local growers, lets the seasons guide our designs, and makes every arrangement by hand. No two are ever quite the same. Whether it's a just-because bouquet, a wedding or a corporate event, you're getting flowers grown nearby and arranged with care by people who love what they do.
